I’m really trying to focus on adding tons of fruits and vegetables to my diet this year, because that has always made me feel the best. Consequently, I’ve had some kind of smoothie almost every morning for the last few weeks. I was getting tired of all the berry combinations and really craving pineapple and spinach. I also threw in some Thrive Life mango for added nutrition and flavor.
This smoothie is actually pretty mild in flavor, but I think that’s because I used a lot of water and not much orange juice concentrate. There are still a lot of hints of pineapple and coconut. I think I’ll try adding some lime juice next time; you know, lime and coconut. There’s a song about it. =).
