Thrive Life Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

I didn’t grow up cooking much, but one thing I do remember making is homemade pizza. This was one of the few things I know how to make when I got to college, and it’s a super simple, easy pizza crust. It can also be used for breadsticks. I use a different dough for rolls, but you can use this in a pinch. I make this crust almost every Friday for pizza and a movie night, with my 30-second pizza sauce.

  1. Mix the yeast, sugar, and warm water together in a bowl and let the yeast activate, about 5 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients until you form a smooth dough (might require a little hand-kneading).
  2. Let rise for at least 20 minutes. Top with favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings, and bake at 375 degrees for 17-22 minutes.
