Before my husband found out he was lactose intolerant, I pretty much put cheese on everything. One of my go-to dinners was this spicy sausage 1-pot pasta. Flavorful but simple, and easy to prepare. So when I decided to re-do some of our family favorites to see how they would be dairy-free, this was among the first on my list. And I’m happy to report that my version doesn’t fall flat in flavor, mostly thanks to a few of my favorite Thrive Life products. Try it and let me know how you like it!
Spicy Sausage 1-pot pasta
Saute the sausage in olive oil until cooked through. Add the rest of the ingredients except the green onions, stir well, and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes until the pasta has absorbed all the liquid, stirring occasionally to avoid burning the bottom. Top with green onions and serve.
