I’m SO excited to share my Magic Chicken Salad with you!

I make this ALL the time. I call it Magic because using Thrive Life freeze-dried foods is my favorite trick in the kitchen. There’s no chopping, thawing, or cooking raw meat or vegetables; you just scoop and add water to the main ingredients and you’ve got your chicken salad base! I love this Whole Food Sonoma Chicken Salad recipe, so I based my dressing on it. I added cilantro and peppercorn for flavor, but feel free to spice to taste. And, for anyone who hasn’t seen the Magic Chicken Salad in person, I added step-by-step photos. Enjoy the magic of this easy, delicious chicken salad!

Instructions
  1. Begin by measuring out your Thrive Life chicken, celery, grapes, and onions.
  2. Mix together chicken salad base in a bowl and add 2/3 cup water. It will begin to refresh immediately, while you whip together the dressing.
  3. Stir together the mayo, apple cider vinegar, and honey crystals.
  4. Combine the dressing with the chicken salad base. Add cilantro and peppercorn.
  5. Allow the mixture to refresh for about 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
