I ordered a can of Thrive Life’s freeze-dried mushrooms last month, and I’m just loving them! Mushrooms from the grocery store are one thing I can never seem to use before they go moldy, but these ones are shelf-stable and taste great!
I wanted to show you a “before and after” of refreshing the mushrooms; I just sprinkled a little water on top, and you can see they instantly refresh. And if you’re looking for more freeze-dried veggie ideas for omelets, I grabbed a few more out of my pantry that I thought would work well.
