  1. In a blender, combine the eggs, oil, vanilla, zucchini, and black beans. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Add chocolate chips.
  3. Bake in a 9 x 13 pan at 375° for 17-23 minutes. Remove when a toothpick comes out clean.

You can also make these in a muffin pan; they're great for school lunches!
