Zuppa Toscana with Freeze-dried Foods

I love how quick and easy this soup is, especially with the freeze-dried vegetables on hand. I already had some sausage cooked up, so I just scooped everything in, brought it to a boil, and let it reduce. I’ll include notes in the recipe to show you how to turn this into a meal in a jar.

Recipe Notes

*For a shelf-stable meal in a jar, use Thrive Life freeze-dried sausage crumbles and Thrive Life sour cream powder in place of the fresh ingredients listed. Layer ingredients (minus the water) into a pint sized jar.
