3 Ways to Use Thrive Life Peanut Flour

Hey, friends. I’m excited to do this series of posts that bring together my recipes and tips for using Thrive Life foods in your every day cooking.┬áToday, let’s talk about peanut flour.

There are a lot of reasons why I love Thrive Life peanut flour, but probably my top reason is the super simple ingredient list: Roasted Peanuts. That’s it! (As a side note, for anyone with peanut allergies, please rest assured that Thrive Life processes this flour in a completely separate facility from the rest of our products, so there is no risk of cross-contamination).

I try and always have a #10 can of this flour in my pantry, because I love adding protein to my family’s breakfasts and snacks, and I like how easy it is to just throw this in to things. Plus, the #10 can is about $17, which makes it cheaper per serving than most peanut flours I can find, and it has a long shelf-life.

Here are some of my favorite ways to use Thrive Life peanut flour:

White Bean Blondies

Peanut Butter Pancakes

Thai Peanut Dressing/Thai Peanut Chicken
