3 Ways to Use Thrive Life Freeze-Dried Chicken

I definitely had to get used to the idea of freeze-dried meats when I first found Thrive Life, but now I really enjoy the convenience of having some on hand. My husband works a ton of nights and weekends, so I often have to pack him two meals a day. He also has food sensitivities to dairy, eggs, and some preservatives. This made it really difficult to throw together meals for him before I found Thrive Life foods. Now, it’s much easier to throw together balanced meals when my pantry is stocked with freeze-dried meats, produce, and other staples. With Thrive Life chicken, I don’t have to worry about complicated ingredient lists, weird canned chicken taste, or trying to get the texture and timing right with frozen chicken.

Here are 3 ways I like to use freeze-dried chicken in my every day cooking:

Magic Chicken Salad

Chicken Noodle Soup in a Jar

Quick Chicken Quesadillas

And, as a bonus, because I make some version of this nearly every week for my husband (with any curry paste or sauce I can find that’s dairy free), I also want to share my curry “formula”

Rogan Josh Curry
