This week on Thrive Life in Real Life, I demonstrate how to make Chicken and Wild Rice Soup in a jar.
For the printable recipe and jar toppers, please contact me.
Shelf-life on these meals in a jar will vary, but you can use dry-pack canning or dry heat processing to make the meals in a jar last longer. Please note that dry heat processing is traditionally used for dehydrated foods, not freeze-dried, so I don’t know if it will affect the food differently.
I will be demonstrating more meals in a jar recipes on future episodes; let me know what you’d like to see in the comments. Thanks, and Happy Thriving!
