Shopping at Thrive Life for My Real Food Kitchen

I love Lisa Leake’s 100 Days of Real Food, and I have tried to stock my pantry with real food for the last several years. Thrive Life offers a ton of amazing products with simple ingredient lists, most of which are freeze-dried, which preserves their natural nutrition. Plus, I have my food shipped to me on my monthly Q, which means I don’t have to strap the kids in or go shopping when I’m starving.

The majority of Thrive Life foods are real foods by any standard definition, so I will spare you from listing everything that they offer. Today I just want to share my personal favorites. These are items that I order as often as my budget allows, and that I’m building my own home pantry with.
